Pixie Cottage is available all year round and offers superior two bedroom townhouse accommodation within a private courtyard setting. The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and has a south facing private terrace with seating for 4.
Accommodation sleeps up to 4, with one double bedded room, and two single beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom was completely refurbished in January 2020 and is equipped with a new bath, integral shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
There is a very well equipped kitchen (microwave, oven and dishwasher) and the living accommodation includes a dining area and lounge with comfortable seating for 4.
The flat screen TV includes Freeview and access to Amazon Prime, Netflix etc (through guests personal accounts). The cottage also benefits from internet access, an iPhone sound system, and a NEST smart smoke alarm. The lounge is also well stocked with a great selection of DVD’s, board games and books.
There is also a utility area with washing machine and tumble drier, located in the garage.
In addition a 'welcome tray' containing eggs, milk, juice, preserves etc. will be provided for each stay.
Rates are seasonal and subject to variation during periods of high demand, such as Airbourne and International Tennis events.

Please note: Although there is a garage at the property, it is of reduced size, due to the Cottage's more spacious than normal downstairs accommodation for properties of this type. It is therefore unable to accommodate a normal sized car. Parking in the courtyard is permitted for 20mins allowing loading/unloading, and on street parking permits will be provided free of charge for each day of your stay. In addition, we will also provide funds enabling the use of the nearby Railway Station car park should on street spaces be unavailable.
